Option 2: Claire’s Pilates and Fitness Yoga


Option 2 – This for you if your main interest  Pilates and Yoga – or should I say that you would like to try it. You want an experienced and well qualified instructor to specifically improve your core strength, posture and wellbeing in a light-hearted but educational and non intimidating environment where you feel you will be well looked after and given alternatives to suit your specific needs. You would like to be able to modify the exercises to suit your ability and practice at home when it fits in with you.  



This option gives you access to two pilates and two fitness yoga classes per week live in your lounge via ZOOM.  You are then sent the videos after each session so you can repeat them daily if you wish!  With more flexibility on joining in the class when it fits your schedule, many customers are now doing pilates and/or yoga  with Claire several times a week, and with the flexibility that on line classes give you  there is no need to “make up” missed classes as you are participating in the follow up videos.  Who would have thought a lockdown would work out so much better for your core stability and postural alignment? 

The Live classes are as follows:  

Pilates – Monday 6.30pm and Wednesday 10.30am 

Fitness Yoga – Monday 7.30pm and Wednesday 11.30 am. 

If you sign up for the classes you get an invitation to join all four classes and the videos of each class each week. As you have the chance to repeat the sessions at home, Claire does different exercise sequences each week so you don’t get bored! 

Cost– The courses run in four week blocks. The price for the 4 weeks is £36.00  

This includes 

  • 2 Live Pilates classes with Claire per week 
  • 2 Live Fitness Yoga classes with Claire per week 
  • Video access to all four live classes each week so you can repeat them at your leisure  
  • 4 x 15 minute technique videos for you to work on in your own time. 

One of the benefits of Zoom is that I am not limited to floor space in the studio. Therefore, the price will be per household not per person. This is a great opportunity for you to encourage your husbands/ partners/ children to experience the benefits of Pilates and Yoga, you just need to let me know so I can ensure they complete a pre exercise form prior to their first class. I have even spotted family pets participating! 

A Private Session with Claire
As part of your package you can book a 20 minute private zoom session with Claire where she can help you with any queries you have, It doesn’t matter if it is weight control, exercise techniques or advice, getting the most out of your programme, or simply extra motivation! You can request a meeting each month by simply emailing Claire.

The next course starts on Monday 30th November and finishes Monday 21st December.
